Yes their contact help is the worst of any I've ever had to deal with, you are running from one thing to the other and without getting any results. It really sucks!

Yes!!! same thing has happened to me last 2 days I lost 120 yesterday because I thought I did something wrong the first time so when it popped up to purchase again I hit it and today I lost 60 gems for same screw up and the darn thing is over charging for the powerups

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Total of 20 gems lost. 15 today, 5 last week. I tries to report but it is a hassle. I would like to have my gems back.
