Please get us into Jungle Jin and Spades

Please can EA get this problem resolved.  This is the second time in as many days that I've not been able to get into these games.  I have done everything that was mentioned back in November when this problem happened including trying the games in another browser to no avail.  I'm really unhappy. It seems like we members are not a priority at all to EA.  PLEASE, I'm begging you now . . . please get us back into the games.  PLEASE.

    Hello! I tried accessing both games before replying to you and was able to connect to the games with no issues. 

    At this time, my best suggestion for you would be:

    • Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
    • Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
    • Restart your computer. 
    • Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
    • Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo

    See if any of these system checks help with your loading issue at this time and feel free to let us know how it goes!
