Another up date, when I tried to get help from EA Pogo, I have been receiving emails from EA Customer Experience, almost 3 times so far and when I reply the answer was:

We no longer monitor this email address and we want to make sure you get the help you need.
Visit EA Help and log in with your EA account information. There you can browse help topics or click Contact Us at the bottom of any help article to ask a specific question. You can also participate in discussions with the player community on Answers HQ.

I don't know why the assistants that reply to my question/help request uses the EA Customer Experience as a return address, it just comes back to me and then the people tries to mark my problem as closed. I still have the same problem and nothing happens when I visit to EA.Help, It just sends me on a merry go round, same thing happens 3 time so far, they do not monitor the EA Customer Experience emails, and I noticed that all the POGO assistants has India Indian names, I assume the tech people are from India and must not know about EA not monitoring the EA Customer Experience emails. I really want to have a Real Answer from REAL USA technicians and not from a foreign land.
I hope someone is reviewing these complaints.
