Thanks for the update, @abc550102666.
Just to verify, how much RAM are you running on that computer?
To find that, on your keyboard just hold down the Windows key and press Pause Break (it is commonly in the keys between your main keyboard and number pad).
From there, please look at the section that says Installed memory (RAM).

Hey there, @abc550102666.
It looks like you may be running less system RAM than we recommend for Pogo. It is recommended to have at least 8 GB RAM to run all Pogo games, and you reported to have 4 GB RAM. While some games may work okay with 4 GB, 8 GB RAM will have the best experience across the board with loading and game speed. We can't guarantee a game will run under 8 GB RAM.
While RAM is a part of computers that is very easy to upgrade compared to other computer parts, if you don't have that option available to you, you may try a few things to free up available memory for your games:
- Make sure no additional browser tabs are open outside of your game. Some common websites and social media takes up a lot of memory.
- If you have other programs running, such as music, video, or chat programs, try closing them out before playing your game.
Please let me know how it goes.
