Pogo badge/challenge not activating

@EA_Illium the game was working but then started only loading half way once I complete a scene and I have done all of the troubleshooters

Purchased Canasta (get 40,000 canasta points for 600 pogis) took 20 gems from my balance and couldn't activate....said system unavailable. How do I get my gems back or the game activated?

I had this happen as well bought the pack 4 post cards alblum plus all the canasta badges took almost 300 gems took all my gems but didnt give me any of the badges said system was unavailable. They need to fix this and return the gems or give the badges please.
