    @DPQ3212 Hello and thank you for the report! There was an short outage for out chat service on Friday which may have affected players.

    Please post here if you still get disappearing pins in POGO BOWL so we may continue improving!

    I really didn't have the disappearing pins problem ... just the Table Chat situation which wasn't due to a one time outage and has been a continuing issue.

    I should hope that my other concerns get forwarded to whomever necessary for consideration as I know of a number of bowling leagues that are "on the ledge" about whether to return to Pogo Bowl, the play action being what it is. There others who've (for the time being, at least) opted to stay at an alternate site for their leagues. I'm hopeful that some "tweaks" will be forthcoming and I'll be able to league bowl using Pogo Bowl HD as the platform of choice.

        @anon139531 We're still working to get feedback from players to see if we can reproduce this behavior.

        1. Providing Screen or video of the event happening

    It's not fair to make this game a weekly challenge when you don't have the bugs fixed. I'm using a desktop with Windows 10, Google Chrome browser and my graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 8670D. My ball is disappearing before it gets to the pins and I end up with a zero score.

      @anon691997 I agree, anon. Ball and pins disappear. No way to complete a challenge with a zero score. Definitely not fair of Pogo to include in challenges when it's unplayable!!

        me 2 ball dissapers befor it gets to pins maybe you guys can chech out case's arcade bowling maybe you guys can get some ideas i use pc windows 10 i have tried google chrome fire fox and edge the ball starts off fine and the it just dissapers when it reaches the pins in all browsers i say go back to the drawing board with this one

      I am still unable to play Pogo Bowl! The ball disappears before it hits the pins. I have tried both ways with nothing.
