- @quietdiWR I have the same problem on the daily part, the regular daily part is ok but the part you have to complete within 24 hours won't come up!!!

I am also having this same issue and my only option for contacting EA for help is here in Answers HQ. Problem is since it appears to be a system/site issue we the users cannot really fix it. Does EA technical help even monitor site? If so why not provide some sort of acknowledgement or update.
Same problem here.
Also, now it affects all the grids I try to open.
Nothing happens.
This is discouraging as something like this has occurred while I have been trying to achieve goals in other games - causing the deadline to pass into oblivion.
From the Pogo Forum, I learned of a workaround.
Before attempting the Pogo Daily Sudoku Daily Special Puzzle for Friday. August 19, 2022, complete any calendar puzzle from 2021.
(If you already tried to open the Sudoku Daily Special Puzzle, the Pogo Daily Sudoku grid is messed up. You will need to close and reload Pogo Daily Sudoku.)
I completed the Easy puzzle for December 1, 2021.
Then I navigated back to August 2022, and launched the Daily Special Puzzle.
I was able to successfully complete the Daily Special Puzzle.
As another workaround that I have done in Pogo Daily Sudoku for quite sometime, I then complete the Calendar Easy Level puzzle for today, because if I just leave Pogo Daily Sudoku after completing the Daily Special Puzzle, I sometimes lose the Daily Special Stars.
- @quietdiWR Didn't work for me, but I did get the numbers on my page, but that bottom thing is there like yours is which of course covers up the option to use power ups and go from pencil to pen. I did attempt to place any number and it wouldn't place any number at all.
I did get my beginner's and Easy puzzles done but when I was coming back from my three strikes on the medium it would either do the overlay (which I fix by playing any other game then come back to sudoku) or it would not allow any number to be selected nor be played.
So at this time of 6 pm Pacific time I can not play the daily puzzle and I have tried to play on 4 different computer.
Spock - @quieThis method worked for me. I went to Dec 1 2021 and did the easy puzzle first. Then back to Aug 19 2022 and when I opened the board, it had the numbers (had tried many times without getting numbers) and was able to complete the puzzle. Thank you for sharing your solution.
- @quietdiWR I had to shut the computer all the way down, make dinner, come back up and go to December 2021 then it worked. Before when I cleared Cache, ran CCleaner and did a scan after shutting down the browsers. When I came back I only went to August 17th 2022 and it didn't work. So it may have something to do with either leaving the month or year, don't know
Update: I also found the Saturday, August 20, 2022 Daily Special Puzzle for Pogo Daily Sudoku to be blank.
So, I did the same workaround as I posted yesterday.
Closed Pogo Daily Sudoku, and then relaunched Pogo Daily Sudoku.
Navigated to December 2021 and completed the December 1, 2021 Easy puzzle. (It seems that you have to complete a calendar puzzle from a prior year, such as 2021 or 2020.)
Navigated back to August 2022, and I was able to get the August 20th Special Puzzle to display.
