Pogo Daily Sudoku Not Working

Hi, whenever I click on any of the numbers or icons in Pogo Daily Sudoku nothing happens.  I cannot open a case on it because Pogo Daily Sudoku is not listed. VERY FRUSTRATING! Can someone please hel...

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

I did not receive any further help on this issue from EA.  I finally figured out on my own the problem with the POGO Daily Sudoku was the background theme not loading correctly.  As soon as I changed the background theme, the game started working again.
