Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Issue and Device information (model of device, OS version, etc) and we, can share this with the team.

What does the top of your screen look like? If you see the address bar try swiping up with your finger. It will make the games fit better.

Playing in safari on iPad I can only see the objects at the bottom of the screen in portrait mode, but the game is in landscape mode. It’s this way on chrome also. I have to play sideways. Help?

Nothing has changed on my iPad, it’s the pogo games, I don’t know what they have done! Very frustrating

Having same issue on my iPad Pro…and suggestions from EA do not work for me.

Same here. Even tried another browssr. No suggestions are working. If this carries on, I'm unsubbing. Pointless paying for something that I cannot play. It was fine a couple of days ago and then something changed. Glad to see I'm not the one having issues though.

Nothing is working. This is an EA issue.

None of the suggestions from ea have fixed the issue. I have an iPad (new) and this is a problem only this week-it was working fine before.

Have done all your suggestions. Nothing solved the problem. Still can’t see the lower edge of the game. Very Frustrating.

Look at #11. Top bar is too large, just swipe it up. Worked perfect.

What is going on with the Pogo main page and each game page??? Everything is blown out of proportion.
I'm using my Windows PC with a 21 inch monitor. This has been getting increasingly worse over the past 2 to 3 days.
And yes, I've done all the restart, clear cache BS.
So when will this be fixed ..........

Have you checked your zoom setting?

Make sure you check display settings to make sure your scaling is set to 100% which is recommended. Also check your ease of access and make sure it is set to 100% also. Check your browser settings (click on the 3 dots top right) and make sure it is set to 100% also. Make sure you don't have magnifier on.
