Pogo Gems

Why are my gems disappearing? I know I had over a hundred, but today, I see 15. I rarely spend any. And it seems had more than the "over a hundred" a while ago, but they seem to decrease.
Is there a way for me to check my gem usage?

I found how to check my usage, and it shows that I spent 160 gems on "Flash Deals 9". What is that? I don't recall agreeing to purchase anything.

I have been noticing the same thing recently concerning my gems!! I purchase some and they are "disappearing" when I have barely used ANY of them!! I don't know who to contact regarding this or how to stop the "bleeding" of my account!!!
