Hello! Thanks for reaching out and detailing your device information and trying troubleshooting steps, this helps so very much.

One element missing in the troubleshooting steps is checking for browser and device updates, which Windows 11 users had both this week. Please keep in mind that updates roll out in stages, you may get an alert on your device that day or in a few days.

For Browser Updates on Edge the quickest and easiest way:

• Clicking on the three dots in the upper righthand corner, a drop down will appear
• Select Help and Feedback, then select About Microsoft Edge
• This will automatically update your browser (it generally needs updating a lot)

 

🌻Friendly reminder: You mentioned you have Edge, Chrome and Mozilla. That is quite a few browsers to keep up with. Each browser is its own little ecosystem, so they don’t “share” updates or cleanup duties with each other. For every browser you have installed, you’ll need to keep up with its updates and clean individually. This will take time, since browsers need updating and cleaning frequently.

Device Updates:

• Click on the Windows icon → Settings → Windows Update
