POGO MONOPOLY NOT WORKING

    Hi @granuaille1948   

     

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

     I had 108,655,410 dollars in monopoly sudoka. I bought 2 green properties. At the cost of 4,500,000 and the other at the cost of 5,250,000 = 9,750,000.. I got rent on some properties and I feel that I am being ripped of because when I checked my amount today it is 82,148,240 I collected rent and I now have 82,452,040. I worked my butt of to get as high as I was with108,655.410. Then on 12/16/23 to lose that much money. There is a big problem with this game Do something about it and I have lost a lot of gems playing  as well. Because I have had all I am taking from this site that I pay for. I will have screen shots to show what i am talking about. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. I would like for someone to contact me on this issue.
