Pogo Slots -Niles Version

In Pogo Slots I am NOT able to play the Niles Slots Version since Grant's Garden started. I have posted about this in Forums in Pogo in Oct. 2024 about this and no one has responded. I am now at Rank 16. What happens in Niles Slots Version I click Spin and all the power ups goes grey, even the Spin and Max meaning they freeze up. If I hit the Home on the Left top of the screen it tells me "you can't go home because you have to wait until it stops spinning" IT'S NOT SPINNING AT ALL!  Plus I am unable to activate any Coin Card, not one has said to activate. So I have to get out of the game and go back into Pogo Slots and only play Grant's Garden. I have a Coin Card activated in Grant's Garden ONLY. Like I said Pogo has not responded to me at all, I have tried to see if I can get a call from EA but that is no longer available. I have a cousin who is also a Pogo member went on my Pogo name to try it and it does the same thing to her, but she don't have this problem on her Pogo name. I have even gone on her Pogo name to try hers and I am able to play Niles Slots Version with no problem. So I don't understand why I don't have a Coin Card available in Niles Slots Version and not able to play that version. Also I don't know why these issues have continue and  not been resolved.
