Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures - Black Screen

I've been trying for 2 days now to get into Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures and when I click to enter all I see is a black screen. Will not go into the game. Please help

    I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. I love the game Quinn's Aquarium but they really need to fix this issue.

    I also have been trying for 2 days to get into Quinn's Aquarium and get the black screen.  Looking for technical help or a way to contact Pogo about the issue

    Hello! Anytime we see anything "new" or "added to a game", rather it be a badge collection, new levels or in some games right now Christmas themes, please try the steps of:

    • Outdated graphics driver → Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze, not load or lag.
    • Insufficient RAM or CPU usage → Too many background applications or programs can halt performance.

     

    Give these troubleshooting steps a try and if you need any help, please ask 🙂

    I can play all the previous levels of Quinn's Aquarium just fine, but I get a black screen when I try to go into my current level on deadly creatures.

    I am having the same problem. I think this is pogo's problem.  Needs to be fix or I will not renew. This is about all I play. Has anyone gotten an answer yet?

    Another frustrated user here.  Deadly creatures will not load for me either -- just a black screen.  Can get into and play the prior games.  Please help.  Thanks much
