Quinn's Aquarium

1 - Quinn's Aquarium loads to black screen.

2 - It wouldn't give me sand dollars at end of game, just applied amount, to xx number of points to next rank

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    For 4 days now on Quinn's gifts from the sea level 45 has only given me a black screen. Could someone look into this problem ? nobody seems to care Thanks for your consideration  Roger

    It has been a week since I reported the problem and tech support is ignoring the problem by sending out auto replies.

  • I'm having the same issue now. And yes i've tried all of the above steps, as given to me in the help chat. I did a clean boot too as advised. Nothing changed. All my other club pogo games are working as normal. What else can i do?I've lost quest progress, which i used diamonds to pay for shuffles.

    Yes! I have a bot "helping" , nothing works. Did you get it resolved?
