Why isnt this putting my player name and picture... I have had an account since 19xx and I am logged on??????

Hey Everyone!
Would it be possible to get a video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we can share this with the team?
- @EA_Illium There is no error message. When you click on play, connecting to game appears and stays there trying to connect.
I don't know if this will help anyone but, I too, didn't think my Dice City game would connect.. After I clicked on "Play", it showed "Connecting to Dice City....", then didn't seem to want to connect for me. Finally, I let it just keep saying that; then, after 2 1/2 to 3 full minutes, it finally connected to game. So, maybe if you let it take a while, it will connect for you too. Seems like 2 to 3 minutes takes forever, but just try. Good luck.
