I get the same run around when I contact POGO about Scrabble. No help at all.

Arrenai, you said you wanted to help me with my Scrabble issues: Let me see if I can name them all. What is frustrating now is I will be in a rated game and my opponent who happens to be losing, leaves the game; I could have put 30-45 minutes into that game and all is lost. Why doesn't my score increase if someone leaves the game? A lot of the times, the game freezes and I can't play until I pass so I lose a turn due to something that is not right with your system. Sometimes even passing doesn't clear it up and here again, game is not playable after I have put a lot of time into it. Other issues: Sometimes letters scramble all over the board and that game is lost. Are you doing away with minis? I can't connect with a friend and play. These are just a few of the issues that should be cleared up. Sometimes this phrase pops up on the game "time is up, you will be penalized" ~~ yikes, and it is not even my turn. How could my time be up if I am not my turn ~~ game freezes so I have to pass. These are not just my concerns. I hear from a lot of the players they have the same issues and we are ready to pull our membership. I hope you can help. Thank you, Lavonne

Regarding many of those issues, they are tech related. Have you given the HTML5 troubleshooting a try that I linked you prior? If so, how did it go?

No that is all too confusing for me ~~ Is this your way of saying that when a "loser" leaves the game, and I am ahead that my score should increase (whether playing with a robot or the game folds due to inactivity). I'm still there why should I be penalized for putting so much time into a game and finding at the end of my game, it was all a waste of my time. And, as I said before all the players that communicate during a game, have the same issues.

For the troubleshooting, if there is a specific part you're stuck on, please let me know and I'll be happy to walk you through it.
As for the scoring when someone leaves, it should not negatively affect you if someone else bails early.

As far as scoring, yes it absolutely does negatively effect me. When someone leaves game, it should be automatic forfeit. I am left hanging (sometimes robot jumps in ~ sometimes not) either way my score does not increase if I have won the game. Thank you.
Other issues, sometimes game freezes and cannot play until "Passing" and sometimes it requires multiple passing. In the meantime, the opponent can play leaving me with no chance to score any higher until the glitch is resolved. Most players just ditch the game when this happens to them. This also effects my score or any other player that is having same issues. There are a lot of glitches in this game.I appreciate your trouble shooting offer ~~ I am not sure how to set up with you for you to guide me through troubleshooting.
