Re: what happened to the game Pogo Scrabble??

Scrabble is a mess!!!! Myself and most players want our original Scrabble back. There was nothing wrong with it. When something is not broke you do not need to fix it. In this case, the new system really broke down ~~ fix it!  Or return to the Scrabble that was not broken. Sometime letters freeze, can't play, have to pass. No points are given and no fun when passing. Letters sometimes get scrambled all over the screen.  When you are playing rated and some inconsiderate "loser" leaves the game because they are losing or you have challenged them, instead of the player that stays and wins the game (if game is still in a playable position/sometimes it is not) winner's score does not increase. Why should a loyal player that plays throughout the game be penalized because the loser leaves the game?  I no longer can see my player's Mini Pogo. Cannot hook up with friends to play. Sometimes I get a message that my time is up and it is not even my turn and then the game freezes, I have to pass.

I know I have rambled on but I have repeated myself so much to you people, that is is totally exasperating to try to explain and new glitches continue to pop out. Why don't your experts play a few games so they can have first knowledge of this horrible put together game.

I read Scrabble ends June 2020 so I guess none of you really care about the above complaints or even want to take the time to fix it.
