Repeatedly Shorted on Scrabble Timer/Time Runs Out Too Fast

When playing Scrabble, I keep getting msg that "time has expired", or that "opponent has extended my time", and it's only been 5 seconds, or 15 seconds, or just returned from intermission. Although...

New Scrabble game

The new platform for Scrabble is absolutely horrible!

If I am playing a game against an opponent, the timer will suddenly stop working so no one can continue the game, or after a play, the timer will say "Your time has run out" and you have to pass your next move in order to get the game going again. Can you please fix this?

@suchasweetpea I agree the new scrabble SUCKS and no one will fix the problems that hundreds have been complaining about. Clearly EA does not care. They have my money and after that nothing is fixed. EA already has crappy reputation and they don't care about it.
