RESOLVED: Pogo Bowl: Classic method doesn't take mouse input on touch screens

It is coming up on a month next week that Pogo/EA screwed up Pogo bowl. EVERYTHING was working with the Classic method and the tap method, then Pogo/EA put in a change on March 23 that screwed it all  for just about Anyone using a PC/Computer that is touch screen and using the Classic method of bowling.

Are the "techs" at Pogo/EA that inexperienced to simply return the dang code to what it was on March 22 and prior when it was working? This "MONITORING" is getting beyond old, and I RARELY ever complain, but the lack of attention to and absolute failure of addressing this issue (and others) within Pogo is getting beyond deafening. 

Fix the dang game Pogo/EA, this is getting ludicrous, and it has already been acknowledged you know what the issue is. So take your excuses, place 'em to the side, and correct it already. (And, NO, I will not disable my touch ability on the computer just so the game will work as intended. You messed it up, now correct  the dang game.

Maybe it is the absolute lack of attention given to known issues and absurd amount of time it takes to correct an issue THEY caused). 

I am BEYOND angry, but will still try to be patient as a "supposed" fix gets released, but patience can only last so long.

Just sayin' here:

35 days and counting since Pogo messed up Pogo Bowl for those using Touch Screen computers. Please, will this issue ever be fixed? Worked fine on March 22 and a change Pogo made on the 23rd did something and yet (for some strange reason) it can't be resolved. I spent almost 40 years as a programmer (in some fashion) and this inability to correct something that was caused totally escapes me.

Please get this fix pushed so members with touch systems (like laptops) can once again use the classic method of bowling as it was originally designed to be used.

these are my issues.....

1. pogo bowl is making  me go through intermission....I AM a member in pogo!

2.in dice city...does what  it wants...the dice goes where it wants too!

3.too much scrolling to find my games quickly-

4.the scroll bar is too skinny ...I`m am old and have prpblems with skinny bars

5.I also lost my paid game and do have a disc to play it and still can`t play  it

6.the daily board doesn`t come up in mahjong sanctuary

7.music won`t go off

Really Pogo techs?  NOW, we are at ** 44 DAYS ** and no fix, not even a single message or response updating the members of the status. Are you absolutely serious?  March 23 till now and still can't resolve this issue, much less keep the members updated. SMH.

The update on March 23 scr... um, . messed up the ability to use the classic method of throwing the ball with a touch based computer (you know, some of us do have touch based PCs). An UPDATE from EA/POGO did it, not an update to a browser, not an update to the OS, not an update to my living conditions. How can you not fix something you messed up in the first place. Please get this resolved (#1) and (#2) actually COMMUNICATE with the membership regarding the status!

Come on Pogo. We are now sitting at 53 days since your update killed the CLASSIC method of rolling the ball in Pogo Bowl for those with touch based systems. Are we trying to make it to 70 days?

PLEASE get this fixed and for Pete sake, update this "thread." You know when a single peep was issued regarding this in here? MARCH.

We are asked to follow along, but follow along to what? There's been nothing to follow along with. Most information is actually coming from the members helping members.

Sorry for ranting, but am upset, perplexed and frustrated.
