@EA_Illium Hello! Thanks for writing back, I've attempted the following steps and are still seeing issues with the game episode loading.
- Attempted on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers.
- Attempted on two Windows laptops (MSI Gaming and Thinkpad W530) and a Windows Desktop.
- We cleared cache, cookies, and relogged in. Also rebooted however this doesn't seem to be a local/client issue. It appears to be a server issue.
Episodes: Beauty and the Beast Episode 3.
(If we click on the plus button next to the episode, the play buttons are all greyed out, it says "OWNED" next to the episode title however)
Clicking "Continue Episode" results in a loading bar that completes but never moves past the screen.
I've called EA support and they told me they were pushing a ticket to the game technical support team but I am less than convinced I will receive a timely reply from them. This appears to be some sort of issue with the purchasing server from certain accounts? (This episode was purchased during the sale on pogo.com however the play buttons are greyed out)
