Scrabble is off center is anyone else having the same issue? And is there any way to fix it I logged out of Pogo and I even rebooted my computer but no luck the letters and scores do line up. Edited for all caps. - CM

@wintersgirl57 Can you try the following steps to see if you can help get this resolved? Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load. If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people. If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

Dear POGO - Please fix the Scrabble FUBAR. It's not something that can be corrected on our end. It has been going on for some time, and I'm sure it's affecting more than a handful of users. On behalf of all of them (as well as myself), I beseech you to expedite the fix. THANK YOU. PS I am not a "newbie"; I have been a Club Pogo member for many years.

I'm sure it's the same problem that wintersgirl57 is having. However, I've found that if I switch to the Chrome browser, Scrabble works OK. In the past I always used Firefox, but it now appears to be incompatible with Scrabble.

Yes, it has been happening for WEEKS now. I don't know why I pay for this service if I can't even play the one game I signed up for. I figured if I gave it a month, the bugs would be fixed, but alas, nope. Still an unusable mess.

@wintersgirl57 - The slider on the right makes it smaller and it recenters it when you take it to the smallest setting.

@wintersgirl57 Me too I put the letters in and they disappear. It doesn't take my words, wont show the words. It extremely frustrating trying to play the game and you get no where fast.
