Hey @customve449 I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a look at your account. Out of curiosity, was this a message you got when playing a game, or via your inbox?

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select Pogo

Select the "See all help topics"

Select the option I'm looking for something I earned

You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

Hello, thanks for responding. I posted this issue a month ago and never got a response from the technical team. Can you look into this issue with Grants Garden in Pogo Slots

In Pogo Slots, Grants Garden- Pinata Mini-Game - Coins earned are not being recorded for the last couple of days starting around Oct 25, 2024
