Thank you for letting us know you're having some loading issues with SHS, and for those who tested it from different browsers. Loading issues can pop up for several reasons, and by trying different browsers that already helps rule out some potential causes.
Let's try these few things next:
- Close other programs and tabs to free up memory
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Turn off pop-up blockers for that page
After completing those steps, relaunch the game.
