I can play almost any game except this one. It starts out okay, but as soon as I start getting the chores it freezes up the whole game. I lose all the extra lives because by the time it unfreezes they are gone as well as any other timed bonuses.
Are anyone else having this issue?

Sorry to hear you're running into this. Definitely an odd one if this is the only game you're running into these issues with.
Can you let me know if you're playing on PC or mobile? If on PC can you let me know what browser you're using? If on mobile can you let us know whether it is iOS or android.
Lastly can you let me know your Pogo username (if it is different to your EA Forums username) as this is quite helpful for the team should we need to send this on for further investigation.
I'm having the same issue. When doing tasks and chores, it freezes. This is the only game that I'm having difficulty with.

Same issue here. I am on a PC, using Windows Edge browser Version 135.0.3179.98 (Official build) (64-bit). I can't play half of the games in Firefox, so I switched about a year ago. Pogo username is bdarsey. As an additional piece of information, I can also not change areas of the map. I can duplicate the error on my android mobile device.

I'm running mcOS sequoia 15.4.1 on my laptop. Browser is safari version 18.4. is the same. Thank you for your assistance.
I posted a similar question about this. I'm stuck in Area 2 and can only do daily chores in that area. My recommendation would be to continue playing and racking up stars that can be used to complete tasks once EA/Pogo fixes this problem.
This problem, which many have posted about, occurred when the Easter Event concluded. Freezing does occur when attempting to complete chores in another area than where the player is currently at.
