I was told by the EA Game chat on 21 October, 2025 that the neighborhood game monitor reviews the EA Game Forum for issues and responds. Well, our game forum monitor is Pogo Sconnie. I have not seen or heard from that monitor at all. And here I am, four days and counting, to have the issue resolved.
The last time something major happened on the POGO gaming site with Solitaire Home Story, it took ten days for EA to resolve it and the SEASON was nearly over at that time. I had not purchased the SEASON pass at that time and was unaffected but the people who did were very unhappy and I never did hear whether or not their gems were returned.
EA keeps gems records for years, I can clearly see I made a purchase for the HALLOWEEN SEASON in October. I took a screen shot and will be attaching that to this post.
One of two things will happen. No resolution and no return of gems OR we will get our gems back just before the HALLOWEEN SEASON finishes. And who can say if any of our positions in the game play will return? That is a whole other problem and less easy to resolve, especially as everyone who was punted right to back to the very beginning were at different game play levels. Some of us were playing for coins and the rest were not. As of right now 1929 MST on 24 October, 2025 there has been absolutely no comment from POGO Sconnie on the POGO members FORUM or a reply to one other member who has also lost their progress.
