Good morning! Fifteen days and counting and the SEASON PASS for the HALLOWEEN SEASON was never reactivated for me despite me spending 150 gems on it at the beginning of October. I will include yet another screen shot showing this purchase. It will not matter though, as the HALLOWEEN SEASON ends in 18 hours. As much as losing 150 gems is irksome, the loss of game play up to and including Chapter Four when Peggy is rescued by a stranger, is worse. Over two years of gameplay gone in 24 minutes. And there has been no resolution. And there will not be. My 150 gems will not be returned and my Chapter Four position will not be returned either.
