Good Morning! The HALLOWEEN SEASON is now over and I never received my 150 gems back for buying the SEASON PASS and not only losing my progress up to and including Chapter Four game play when Peggy was rescued but also my awards in the HALLOWEEN SEASON itself. I had to start over and never reached the level I had been at. No resolution at all AND I lost 150 hard earned gems.
