Solitaire Home Story Lost Progress

Good morning! Twenty five days and counting and I have still not been given the 150 gems I spent to access the SEASON PASS in the HALLOWEEN SEASON and my original progress in the game. I and others who have progressed the most in SOLITAIRE HOME STORY are being punished for not buying boosters, power ups, lives or anything else that EA GAMES would like us to purchase. It does not suit EA GAMES agenda to have people who challenge the system. I am still here, still complaining. I want my 150 gems back and my position in the game where Peggy fell into the water. That is an easy programming fix. If you can take it away EA GAMES, you can reinstate.
