Hi, since last Thursday, SHS isn’t working properly. Today, for the umteenth time my game success win stars keep vanishing. Today, I successfully went from 47 to 50 wins only to have the number revert to 47 yet again! When players pay to purchase power ups to help them successfully finish a game, it becomes a waste of money to make such purchases! It is happening on both my MacBookPro and my iPad. Both are running on Safari which is current I have logged off and back on as well as trying other possible remedies. I know I am not the only person who is having issues with the game. I am at level 1402, I think.

Yesterday and today I have had my stars disappearing. I see this is a fairly widespread problem. This game is hard/costly enough without problems like this. Seriously thinking of not renewing my membership. Why pay when the site is full of glitches and some of the games are impossible to pass without buying power ups. Frustrated.

Just an FYI - We do not manually downland games on the Pogo platform. So, there is no way for us to install or reinstall a game.
There unfortunately is not a support team or volunteers helping for a particular game in our community right now, that would be very, very cool though. We have 63 games on the site - So, we pretty much randomly help each other, its hit or miss.

I just wanted to clarify so if Mark or any other player that may read this doesn't try to look for the Home Solitaire Story file on their device for a fix.

I don't know but wish I did. Having the same thing happening to me!! At level 370, the item next takes 4 wins. I have been at 3 two different times and then lose them all when I leave the game. Whether I come back later same day or next day, all the win stars are gone. Seems this is a POGO issue/problem and should be addressed/fixed from their side. Can't even communicate with anyone about it.

They do kind of announce it, but you have to dig for it.
I miss the days where the service announcements were on the home page, so everyone saw it upon login. At one time our mascot Pogo Spike announced them on the homepage when he was more active on the site. Not sure he even exists anymore.

I am having the same problems and am finding that no one can help me.
According to their postings, they are aware and have asked players for their patience. They have not advised players to seek help from Customer Support at this time.

For Home Story? My goodness, I am so sorry.
For further conformation, these issues regarding this game are posted about in the Pogo Forums, EA Help Forums, both are on display to the public - you do not have to be logged in with an account to view postings. The AI bots on the internet have picked up the Solitaire Home Story issues in real time - with links.
They should have looked further into this.
