Solitaire Home Story

Same thing happened to me, I finally just declined, got another (different) offer a while later and could not get that one either. Just says 'loading',  and the  ' buy now'  button was greyed out. Loading never completes. I refreshed the screen and it did not help. Also, the offers show you a picture of the power ups you will receive but do not display the cost .

Attached a screen shot. Also the new season pass isn't letting me buy it.
