Yes, won’t even load now. Can’t do any of the challenges. Just started a few weeks ago.

Solitary home story continues to crash over and over. Can't spin the wheel, can't do chores, tasks, or play game. Cannot finish challenge. As a club member, what am I paying for? If I can't play the games and challenges, it's not worth it!

I've had problems with Solitaire Home Story since it's been out to play. The game freezes up & will not do anything. It seems to do it just when I'm winning & that makes me so mad!!! I even got a new computer & that didn't help. When will the game be fixed? From the looks of other people having problems, it doesn't look too promising it will be soon. I also wish when we have trouble with the games we could talk to someone instead of having to do it this way. This way takes forever to get any help or the problem fixed! I also have been trying to get help from EA where they took out for my husband's account through my account & he passed away a year ago. I want my money back!!!!😡

I'm also having problems SHS. I paid the 150 gems for the extras but it doesn't work. I been having lots of problems with Pogo.

I haven’t been able to play for 2 weeks now. Game tries to load twice then crashes with and error message. I’ve done all the troubleshooting still doesn’t work. I was able to play it through the app, but not Pogo,  so it seems to be a Pogo issue. Frustrating and missing out on badges!

That being said there could be a few reasons why you are experiencing this: Repeated crashing or freezing often means your device is overwhelmed and unable to process the game smoothly. 

⚠️Common Causes of Crashing or Freezing

#1 Outdated Software: With Windows 10 support ending and major OS upgrades rolling out in October 2025 for both Windows and Apple users, outdated systems and drivers can cause instability.

• For PC/Laptop: Check for System/Browser Updates
• For Phone/Tablet: Settings > Software Update
• Make sure to turn on/off your devices to ensure the updates fully processed

System Overload: Too many apps or browser tabs open at once can max out your RAM and CPU causing the game to be unable to load or freeze.

Corrupted Cache/Cookies: Can interfere with how your browser communicates with game servers. These can become corrupt, stale, or bloated and can cause all sorts of issues. Make sure to clear your cookies and cache often to help your device communicate with Pogo servers.

If you have gone through all the troubleshooting steps of:

• clearing cookies and cache,
• updating browser and system
• graphic driver's updates
• antivirus whitelist
• browser extension checks
• plenty of memory

And you are still having issues - I would highly suggest double checking and verifying your internet - even though it comes on, doesn't mean it is working well.

Our routers and modems also need to be cleaned, tested and updated.

The troubleshooting steps sound like a lot, but once you make it a practice, it takes about 5-7 minutes to do.

Yes, I have been having an issue with this game. I earn a star but they don't save, so you can't complete any tasks - tired of spending money to buy lives to complete tasks and then they don't save. 😡
