Solitare Home Story - Redirected in Middle of Game

    Hey folks, sorry to hear you're running into this issue, just looking to clarify a few details.

    This only happens with Solitare home story correct?

    Are you all playing on either PC or mobile device?

    Lastly when you are redirected are you given an error message or something similar? If so can you provide a screenshot?

      Most of the time I'm not able to get into a game. It just goes to a gray page with a frown face. It's only happening with solitaire home story and yes my tablet is fully updated. It also crashes during games. Thanks for the help.

      Thank you for looking into this. It is very frustrating when trying to complete a challenge and this happens.

      It only happens when playing Solitaire Home Story. I don't get an error message when this happens. I am using a laptop while playing.
