Hey there,
Just checking in - are you still experiencing loading issues with Spades HD?
If you are still unable to load the game, please clear your cache, restart your browser, and try loading Spades HD once again.
If you followed the above directions and are still unable to load the game, can you please respond back with the following information:
- Browser and version of browser
- Operating system
- Does Chat load in other single-player games?
- Are you unable to play other multiplayer games?
- Are you unable to play any other Pogo games?”
I will then send on this info to the Pogo team to investigate. 🙂

I have used Edge and Google browsers and Spades HD does not connect to the server on both browsers. I can chat, I can play all the other games but can not play Spades HD. The Spades HD will load to the point where it just sits there saying connecting to server. I an on a laptop with Windows 10

Thank you for the info, that's very helpful! Would you, by any chance, also be able to give me the version of the browsers that you're using? Then I have all the info that the Pogo team needs for the investigation. 🙂

I have used the Edge and the Google browsers and both had the same issue with Spades HD not connecting to the server. I even had a computer technician look at my laptop and the only way that he found that would let me play the game was if I disabled my Bitdefender internet security, Which I would never do.

I cancelled my subscription to Pogo because nothing has been done with the issue of Spades HD not connecting to the server. I am not the only player having this issue. Why do you not repair the issue with this game? Are your customers not important to you? I have been a member for a long time. Repair the issue with the game and then I will renew my subscription. I am not going to pay for a service that I can not use 100% of the time.

I know this is incredibly frustrating that this problem has been going on for a while but the Pogo team has been looking into this to resolve the issue for you. Sometimes these investigations take some time, unfortunately, though I'm hopeful that things will be back to normal soon. 🙂

I am having the same problem and I am about ready to cancel Club Pogo . I cannot seem to find anyone that can give me an answer .
