Still Unable to play Solitaire Home Story - PLEASE FIX

I reported an issue with this game well over a month ago.  I cannot play the game as it is stuck and displays a purple pinwheel.  Pogo has created badges for this game on several occasions and I have yet been able to complete these badges.  I am unable to complete the latest badge marathon as this is the only game left and now it is a challenge today!   There are several other members who have reported the same issue.  This all started when we paid the 150 diamonds to get the extra rewards (I forgot what the package was called).  Pogo/EA or whomever is responsible for fixing this bug has not acknowledged the issue nor have they reimbursed us the diamonds we spent, nor have we been granted the badges for all the challenges that presented.  I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response.  I understand some things take time to fix but not 2-3 months!  When you added the new room in Merge Academy, there was a bug reported and it was resolved within a week.  So why haven't you addressed this issue?  Paying members deserve better service!

Note: please do not reply by giving me a canned version of steps to follow to correct the issue.  I tried them all and none of them worked!
