Sweet Tooth Town constantly freezing

In the Sports Tailgate Party Bingo Jam event, one of the challenges is obtaining candy swirls in Sweet Tooth Town. We are forced to play in sweet play mode or the swirls don't count. The game freezes which it has done for quite some time but to play in this mode, it's constant which is ridiculous and prevents us from obtaining the rewards. A lot of members are complaining. This problem happens no matter what device I use.

 I am computer savvy so yes I have cleared cache, cookies, etc.

    Hi Pogians, 

    Could you take a peek again now and let us know if the freezing issues with Sweet Tooth Town are still happening?

    Same. I can play many levels but keeps freezing up on one in particular. Frustrating.

    This has been happening to me for weeks with no solution.  Bakery level 91 & Macaron level 6 is constantly freezing after the first move.  Other buildings & levels are randomly freezing, especially the candy store right now for me.  If this keeps up, I'm not going to have any stores I can play to advance.

    Yes, it is still freezing!  Will you please fix this!  Some much time, not to mention money, is being wasted!  Please fix this!  This is not resolved.

    Everyday at least one level in Sweet Play will freeze after first move.  I have had to forfeit a bunch of times, and have added a sugar swirl, and a jelly bomb, so those were lost.  I purchased those, so they are of no use and show used.  Wasted money.  

    I already had 3 stars for most of the levels, but have to play them again, just to move up in Sweet Play.  Definitely some type of bug that needs to be fixed.  I pay for the game, the gems, the power ups, and can't play.  

    I really hope someone will look into this.

    This is still happening  on 10-31-25, on all three browsers for me.  I use Windows 11 on a laptop.

    My Sweet Tooth freezes on the Sweet Play was wondering if anyone was still having issues
