Sweet Tooth Town freezing mid game

Question

I'm finding it difficult to play this game when it's freezing mid game more so than not. I've tried clearing my cache's, waiting minutes to see if it will clear itself and I have had no luck. The only way out is to refresh the page and lose the progress I have made. I took a screen shot of the board to show the circle symbol that appears when it does this but it didn't show so I drew it on the left side. White arrow curser turns to this circle when it freezes. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,Shop is Macaron and its level 9 that I'm currently on, however, it's happened at others.

I played through Macaron Shop Level 9 on my end and didn’t experience any freezing as of yet, so it doesn’t appear to be an issue on the Pogo website itself.&nbsp; Most freezing issues come from the browser getting overloaded or outdated elements. These steps should help clear it up:

Turn hardware acceleration on or off (whichever it isn’t now).
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: This removes old or corrupted game files that can prevent pages from preforming correctly.
Check for browser and system updates: Updates improve performance, fix bugs, and ensure your device supports the latest features.
Try the game in a private/incognito window to rule out browser extensions.
Switch to another browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Close other tabs to free up memory.
