Hello! Sorry to hear about your games not loading. Could you try a few troubleshooting steps to see if this will help?

• Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. 
• Check to see if you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
• Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC   An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager > Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
• Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

Thanks for replying.   It is just one game that will not load.   I have cleared cache and made sure my system is good.  It does not matter what I play on.  Pc tablet or phone.  Sweettooth will not load past 80%.  I can play on my devices if i am not logged in as me.
