tri peaks flipping multiple cards per click

I am having a terrible time with this game. It is constantly dealing more then 1 card to the point I can't even play it.

I'm sorry to hear you both are having multiple cards flip on each click. That sounds really frustrating. I do have some questions to start to get a feel for what may be going on.

• What type of device are you playing on? (PC, Mac, tablet or phone)
• Are you using a mouse, touchscreen or touchpad to click?

You Need to fix card games.  But for now tri peaks.  When clicking to get to next card it will flip more then one card.  Then you have to do undo button.   I have asked around and it is just not just me.  I have clean cookies and such and it still happens.   It will at times flip like 3 cards and you can only undo one.   Please Fix.

Are you still having difficulty with multiple cards flipping per click? If so, if you're able to answer the questions from my previous post, it would help a lot.

Additionally, as @GirlShark3PB pointed out, if you have another mouse you're able to plug in to test, that would also be great to hear how it goes for you.

I have had this problem ever since using the new pogo page. I have been a UK member for many years, and Tri Peaks has always been a favourite game. I play on a desk pc using windows 10 and Firefox browser. I have a cordless mouse and have recently changed the battery which has made no difference whatsoever. I play other card games also on a regular basis, but clicking once for a new card and flipping 2 or 3 cards at a time is very frustrating. Please either fix the software so that it is not so sensitive, or give more undos so that we at least have a fighting chance of completing a game!!

Thanks for giving another mouse a try. Since it doesn't appear to be a hardware issue for you based on that test, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting to see if that improves game behavior for you.

Hello,

Whenever I play Tri-Peaks HD, when I click on the cards, 2 (or more I can't tell) flip over and I'm not able to use all my whole deck. I did find this question in your forum however, it said "access denied". I'm signed in as my name's at the top of the page so I don't know what the problem could be. I thought this was fixed a while ago but it's doing it again, Please help me with this?
