If I may add, technology is changing rapidly and with the advancements of AI along with being in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, I would highly advise my friends and family members to use verification codes on everything (email, bank, utility, phone, everything). It can be annoying, however digital security isn't just a tech issue, it's a personal safety issue. 

Everything I use is up to date. I have it turned off in my account and still get it every day. I'm ready to quit POGO because of that and Sweet play in Sweet Tooth Town

I think when Trump gets rid of the H1B visas the problem will stop. The verification codes are a nuisance and Pogo needs to get rid of them.

Oh they're really something I can't say because I'm a lady. Tried to go in and resubmit the turn off feature and it tells me I need a code. I hit send code it does but there's no place to enter it. Someone working there is trying to have us not be able to make changes to our own accounts. Pretty sure I'm at the point where I've had enough of this.

Baloney. ever since you started this nonsense I get these stupid code things at least once a week. It's so annoying. Just stop it please!

A few years ago, there were directions given for turning off the verification codes. 

I went into my EA account this morning and it is still turned off.  Yet I still get prompted to do this about once a month.

If I wanted to do this, I wouldn't have turned the option off years ago.

Why is this happening, and how do I get it to stop?

I don't have it checked to  have verification codes used to check my security.... EVERY DAY for the past few days it's asking me for a verification code and I am fed up!   I play on tablets, phone  computer and laptop depending on where I am... if I am visiting family out of state I use one of their computers at times.... Pogo needs to stop ignoring our preferences when selected!    I DON"T WANT TO HAVE TO VERIFY I AM ME!!!!!   POGO isn't some big security risk on my info that someone would want to pretend to be me!    POGO wants more constant verification than my Pay Pal and Banks!    You want to make Pogo more secure?   Get rid of people that make threats such as murder and *...  GET RID OF THE PERSON CLONING and ban their address for good!    You want verify codes to make more secure while you allow some nut to threaten your players?     You also have to " Protect" us by censoring above and beyond!     I have a cage and 6 screws in my back... I can't tell people who ask why I had to retire early...  also if we write sentences and two words  close to each other can spell something censored it actually censors it!    You have lost so many customers because you don't even have a clue.   Get rid of the nonsense of trying to be " politically correct" and get back to common sense site practices....   Pogo used to be awesome you have almost destroyed it!    You keep asking surveys because you are trying to make people happy with games but you fail to listen about what makes us mad!    We can play games on fb and other sites if we choose....  We love chatting with our friends here and playing for badges but with you constantly doing things to make us mad like constant verification chat censor, requiring too much for some challenges ( games like Quinn's must be won to get credit)  You try to take away short cuts we use to win the badges...   Honestly it seems like you try to think up more ways to make us miserable instead of happy..  Again if you want to protect us  get rid of the cloner and leave all else alone.   If that person carries out those threats and we have reported them to YOU and you have done NOTHING it's on YOU!    We have no way of knowing who is making those threats and where they are from...YOU can get to the bottom of it if you stop pretending it's not something more serious.... Get your priorities straight and you will have much happier customers!

What is going on with Pogo…! Why do I have to enter a code each time I want to play it…! It’s redundant and annoying…! I’ve been with you guys for over 10 years and have never seen anything like this before…! My wife has to do this as well…!
