Viola's Diner

I did not complete the "Prologue" and now I seem to be locked out entirely. The phone says I need 1 star to continue, but the play button never comes up. All that shows is "finish task" which doesn't work, it just takes me back to the phone. Can someone at Pogo please reset my progress back to 0 and I will restart, or let me know how to continue?
