Why is sweet tooth town freezing?

I am. It's been happening for a long time. Always seems to freeze if I'm doing well. There is apparently no help available. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips. Still freezes.

I'm using Chrome. It's up to date and I clear by browser cache every time this happens. After clearing the cache, sometimes it will work for a few games but then it starts crashing. This has been happening for months. 

How are we suppose to get the badge when the gam keeps freezing, this is unfair to us pogo players that pay

Not only does it freeze all the time, sometime it displays candies on top of other candies. See attached. Blue on yellow in the second row from the top. 

I didn't have a problem until the sweet move button was added.  Now I can hardly play a game without the freeze.

STT keeps freezing on Level 59 as soon as a candy has been dropped off the board. This started before the "Sweet Play" button was introduced into the game. Have tried playing the game several times today to no avail. Clearing the Cache/History not the problem; neither of the other recs made by EA_Lanna help in my situation.

Sweet Tooth game has froze up on me several times. Very frustrating

When the second wrapped candy falls into the playing screen, the cursor does not work. Game freezes.
