I purchased the badge for 40 gems today. It took my 40 gems out of my gem balance but shows I didn;t purchase. I go to purchase again and it says transaction cancelled because I already own. I looked at my gem history and it shows it was deducted from my gem account BUT it did not activate the badge.

Hello! Sorry to hear the challenge didn't activate just yet. Please take a moment to log out of Pogo and try a few troubleshooting steps:
Clearing Your Browsers Cache and Cookies (these can become bloated and cause sync failures)
Check for Browser Updates (browsers update ever 2-4 weeks, at times more, always a good idea to check)
Updating your Device and Drivers
Restart your device is always a good idea too!
