Не прогружается графика, виснет

После последнего обновления в столице не прогружается графика - все виснет после нажатия на любую службу. Так происходит только в столице, в регионах все ок. Служба поддержки просто бесполезная, ничем помочь не могут.

    This problem has been reported for months now. It is only iOS users that have the problem and EA are incapable of resolving it
