Community ManagerHorrible, just horrible. My population has reduced 800k, taxes reduced 10k. Omega houses don't recognise drones, normal houses don't get covered by police, hospital and fire department. Houses got abandoned and I have to renovate them at my own cost! It is a disaster. It seems that big size departments don't function any more. The game says that I need more sewage and garbage whatever but I have too much of both!!! Please fix my city somehow, and provide me some compensation in taxes lost in 2 days!!! This update has ruined my beautiful city. I have no idea how to fix it.
The fact that EA's Services 2.0 update caused those residences to become abandoned and that action triggered those residences now having to be renovated is bonkers. It's the kind of things you do to get people to stop playing a game. It's bizarre. Was someone really sitting around thinking up ways to annoy players? Because this whole needing to renovate a building is new. Why would anyone want that?
Well EA_Lanna you asked for feedback and you got it. All negative, services 2.0 is a screwed up and the current seasonal currency. Question is do you have the courage to admit the mistakes and the skills to fix it or do you really not care about the user feedback?

In my city negative effect are paused - they do not affect happiness, yet. Also I received some service buildings - they appeared in my storage. Most of them cannot be put back into storage after they are taken out. The free service buildings may be what saves my game - after spendind amost 3 milions Simoleones for upgrades in my regions, I would not have enough Simoleons nor NeoSimoleons for all the necessary upgrades in my Capital.
This game has been around a while, they aren’t making money but instead of making SimCity Buildit 2.0 and leaving the original SimCity Buildit as is they are IMHO specifically trying to annoy the player community. Every recent update has multiple bugs, they say one thing and then oops a bug means it doesn’t work.
Running 2 games would mean costly hardware upgrade to avoid compute resource conflict, and they aren’t making enough from the game. So they want rid of it.
