✨Service 2.0 Update - Feedback Thread✨

As if this wasn't already a dumpster fire, even if I try to resolve the destruction caused by this disastrous update, I can't. Overlapping coverage is broken, these two captures are the exact same area with no building/position changes. Sometimes it shows proper coverage and sometimes it doesn't balance it evenly and one service building is overloaded while the other is well under cap. I found in some other areas I simply can't get it to work, no matter what I do it won't balance the coverage properly and would require additional service buildings overlapping, we'll above and beyond the actual service need.
