We are all witnessing the downfall of SimCity and for you to be quite an active member of the forum and now sit there quietly whilst thousands of people are disappointed is rather concerning
Lanna is a member of the forum staff. The title "Community Manager" is slightly misleading - she manages this section of the forum. I don't think she has any involvement with development decisions and I think she has even less information than the rest of us as I don't think she plays the game at all.
Lanna is the “voice” between the players and the developers. She posted the information and has NOT responded to the feedback, so is not doing a good job of managing the forum
I've never once seen a forum staff member advocate for the needs of players. I think you should lower your expectations of what persons are responsible for.
