it’s like a government shutdown

Everything is closed, no water no waste management no sewage nothing. EA put my city into a government shutdown that it is never going to come out of, EVER. WE WILL NOT PAY TO REPAIR THE CITIES THAT YOU HAVE DAMAGED. WE WANT A REFUND FOR THE ITEMS THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED. YOU HAVE DESTROYED OUR GAMEPLAY.
