Community ManagerLanna is the “voice” between the players and the developers. She posted the information and has NOT responded to the feedback, so is not doing a good job of managing the forum
I've never once seen a forum staff member advocate for the needs of players. I think you should lower your expectations of what persons are responsible for.
The specific posting was for FEEDBACK, she wanted to hear what we have to say. Curtesy requires acknowledging that feedback which is her responsibility period.

Why no response, when many are posting issues she has specifically said would not happen. Why no response when I pointed out she had posted inaccurate information.
As Community Manager it is her RESPONSIBILITY otherwise what is the point of asking for feedback unless she’s going to give it to the developers.
Might as well shutdown the SimCIty Buildit part of the forum and not let us post anything if no-one is (a) listening and (b) polite enough to respond to questions
