You have ruined the game. I have almost completed three regions with adequate services. Now you expect me to pay more to upgrade these services? Plus my regiona are pockmarked with nasty little symbols. I can see how this could work for new players but not for those with established regions. Please give us an option or I will, among many others, leave the game.
